Subscription Expiration
If you have cancelled auto-renewal, you can find out when your subscription will expire in the Subscription section of the Dashboard.
- Login to MedBridge.
- From the "Dashboard" page, click on "Subscription"
- Beneath the title, "Subscription", you will see your subscription cost and the date of expiration below it.
Auto-Renewal Date
To find when your subscription is set to renew:
- Login to MedBridge.
- From the "Dashboard" page, click on "Subscription"
- Beneath the title, "Subscription", you will see the amount of your subscription renewal, the date it will renew, and the payment card the renewal will be charged to. (See screenshot below.
Turn Off Auto-Renewal
You may turn off your auto-renewal at any time using the steps below. If you take these steps, you will still be able to log into your account and view your completed courses and certificates, but you will not be able to take any new courses or access the HEP without a valid subscription.
How to turn off auto-renewal:
- Login to MedBridge.
- From the "Dashboard" page, click on "Subscription"
- The bottom half of the page give details on your current renewal settings and what happens when you turn auto-renewal off.
- Click on the gray “Turn off automatic renewal” button. (See screenshot above.)
- On the next page, select a reason why you are turning off auto-renew. You may also provide us to feedback on how we can improve.
- Click the red “Turn off automatic renewal” button to complete the process.
