How do I request a cancellation or refund?
At this time, if you are individual subscriber and your subscription has already renewed, only our support team is able to process a cancellation and refund to your account. To request a cancellation post-renewal, please email us the following information to email@example.com:
- Email address associated with your MedBridge account.
- First and last name that the account is registered to.
