The patient Access Code is what allows the clinician to keep track of the HEP specific to the patient. Each patient will have their own Access Code(s) to access the Patient Portal and view their HEP.
If the clinician does not save the Access Code they can recover the HEP by visiting the "Access Code" tab in the 'Patient Care" section of their account. In this section, a clinician can view recently saved HEPs and recover the access code for a patient.
