Once you have set up your HEP profile on the MedBridge site, only our support team is able to edit your practice name.
You may, however, edit your logo.
To update your practice name, please email us at email@example.com with the email address associated with your MedBridge account.
If you are under a clinic account, your administrator has the ability to change the HEP patient portal name, subdomain, and logo by going to the “My Practice” tab and clicking “Settings”. On the brand settings page, click the “Edit button” next to your clinic name.
